Refund Policy
Effective date: 2026-06-29
Refund eligibility depends on the actual transaction type, delivery state, payment method, and applicable law.
1. Classification rule
The checkout label must match the real offer type. We treat transactions differently across these classes:
- Voluntary support payment
- Digital download or digital access
- Recurring subscription
- Physical merchandise (when activated)
2. Voluntary support payments
Voluntary support payments are normally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or where there is a verified duplicate, unauthorized charge, or processor error.
3. Digital products and digital access
If no download or access has been provided, refund requests are usually eligible for review. Once access or download is granted, orders may become non-refundable except where required by law or where a serious unresolved technical-delivery failure is verified.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription cancellation typically stops future renewals. Refund eligibility for the current or prior billing period depends on service usage state, payment status, processor constraints, and applicable consumer law.
5. Payment method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever the payment rail allows. Processing timelines vary by card network, wallet provider, issuing bank, and settlement windows.
For broader risk and educational boundaries, review Disclaimers and Terms of Use.
6. How to request a refund
Include transaction ID, purchase date, payment email (if relevant), and a short issue summary. If the issue is technical, include enough detail to verify and reproduce the failure.
